Welcome

Whether you are aware of it or not, your body is constantly talking to you. It responds and adjusts to every move you make, every thought you think and every emotion you feel. It works every day to balance the demands of your life with it’s own “to-do” list in order to function.

The relationship you have with your body is often one-sided until your body’s physiological needs have been ignored for too long. Under the strain of performing a myriad of complex mechanical and biochemical transactions in a compromised environment, your body does what it must to get your attention.

Your body communicates by producing pain, being fatigued, anxious, or depressed. However, as in any relationship, accurate interpretation of what’s being said is key to resolving the problem. You are receiving the messages, but what do they mean? How should you reply when you’re not fluent in the language? Answer: You get a translator. So, where do you find a translator? Answer: You just did.
